Term & Condition

Welcome to Paranda Bali Adventure. By booking our tours or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made through our official website, authorized agents, or direct contact.

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message or email from our team.

  • For certain activities, a deposit may be required to secure your slot.

2. Payment Policy

  • Payments can be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) based on the current exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

  • We accept cash payments on the day of the activity or online transfers as specified during the booking process.

  • All prices are inclusive of the equipment and services mentioned in the tour description.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations by Customer: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour time will receive a full refund.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity or "no-shows" are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations by Us: In the event of extreme weather or safety concerns, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

4. Safety and Health Requirements

  • Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by our professional guides at all times.

  • You must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions (e.g., heart conditions, pregnancy, or physical injuries) before the activity starts.

  • We provide basic personal accident insurance for all participants; however, we recommend having your own travel insurance.

5. Participant Responsibility

  • Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings during the tour. Paranda Bali Adventure is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items.

  • Any damage caused to our equipment (cycling bikes, ATVs, etc.) due to negligence or intentional misuse may result in additional charges.

6. Documentation and Media

  • We may take photos or videos during the tour for promotional purposes on our website or social media. If you do not wish to be featured, please inform our team before the tour begins.
